We are offering four phase construction inspection.
1. Pre slab inspection
• When foundation is laid out and trenches for water and sewer distribution are dug.
2. Framing inspection
• When interior is protected against weather by wall cladding and roof structure is installed.

• Roof structure
• Chimney and fireplace
• Windows, doors and flashings
3. Pre drywall inspection
• It is completed just before the drywall installation. Electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning should be ready for inspection.

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC and ductwork
• Chimney and fireplace
• Exterior and interior walls
• Attic ventilation and insulation
4. Final walk through inspection
• Full inspection of the property when the construction is finished and final corrections are addressed.
